Hancock County School District partnered with Coastal Family Health to host a student, Hancock County School District partnered with Coastal Family Health to provide a full-service, school-based health clinic operating five days a week across multiple campuses. In our rural community, this partnership removes transportation, cost, and access barriers by delivering medical and therapeutic care directly to students at no cost to families. While students are the primary focus during the school year, the clinic extends services to staff and community members during school holidays, maximizing community wellness. Led by two Hancock alumni, this initiative strengthens student health, reduces absenteeism, and ensures medical needs do not stand in the way of learning.
