Hattiesburg STEAM Academy, a sixth‑grade school in the Hattiesburg Public School District, emphasizes Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics while fostering a positive and supportive school climate. Through strong community partnerships, our school enhances student engagement, provides essential resources, and supports both academic and social growth. Our partnerships are an essential element to performing part of our mission to provide a positive school climate for all of our stakeholders. Local organizations, businesses, and civic leaders contribute through guest speakers, donations, mentorship, and student incentives that motivate both students and teachers. These partnerships help ensure that students have a meaningful, supportive, and enriching experience during their critical sixth‑grade year.
