Mississippi Schools for the Deaf & the Blind
The Mississippi Schools for the Dead & the Blind connects with local school districts from across Mississippi to provide outreach services to educators, leaders, and families who have students who identify as Blind / Low Vision or Deaf / Hard of Hearing. These services look like providing vision and hearing services from our audiologist or optometrist, training educators, providing direct services to students, and providing assistive technology, embossed textbooks or even adaptive materials. We serve students from birth to age 21, partnering with approximately 140 school districts in Mississippi.
