Oxford School District

The Oxford School District has developed a community-wide partnership model that connects classroom learning with real-world opportunities to prepare students for college, careers, and life. Through collaboration with local businesses, universities, and community organizations, students participate in career pathways, internships, work-based learning experiences, and career exploration activities that align with regional workforce needs. Nearly half of Oxford High School students participate in Career Technical Education programs, and seniors engage in internships and job-shadowing experiences with local employers. These partnerships ensure students graduate not only with strong academic preparation but also with the professional skills, experiences, and connections needed to thrive in the workforce and their community.
