C3 Ready: College - Career - Community is a multi-year collaborative project between the Lauderdale County School District and Meridian Community College to build strong communities, support economic development and enhance educational opportunities in Lauderdale County. The focus in K-12 is on equipping students to graduate with academic, technical, and soft skills needed for college and career, while building a foundational understanding of the importance of community. Meridian Community College provides students the next step in continuing their education/career training through associate in arts degree programs, university transfers, associate of applied science degree programs, occupational certificate programs, or customized workforce training leading to entry-level and/or enhanced employment opportunities.

Impacts:
- Students participating in dual enrollment increased 354.6%
- Students scoring 25 or higher on ACT increased 58% in four years
- 100% of students in grades 11-12 took ACT by year four
- 96.4% of all seniors took ACT WorkKeys with a pass rate of 62.8%
