Hancock Bank has been a strong supporter of educational programs in the Harrison County School District, ranging from boosting academics to student morale. When vandals destroyed photography equipment at West Wortham Elementary & Middle School in 2017, Hancock Bank presented a $2,000 donation to replace damaged equipment. Hancock & Whitney Bank also teamed with Everfi to present a financial literacy program to Orange Grove Elementary students. To reward a deserving student in the district, Hancock Bank offered a New Orleans Saints Junior Captain prize package that included four tickets to the Saints vs. Jets game.

- Financial support for digital photography and graphic design project supporting Humane Society of South Mississippi
- Volunteers and resources to present career fairs, financial literacy programs for district
