Rankin County School District #2 (2024)
Heavy Equipment Operations Academy was created as a partnership between Rankin County School District and Rankin County Board of Supervisors beginning in the 2023-2024 school year. Its purpose is to provide various hands-on experiences for students to better prepare them for post-secondary careers. The partnership has started off small and has plans of significant growth for the coming years.
